Payment

We accept Debit Cards. Credit cards will incur a 2.55% charge added to the invoice total.

Sterling Payment can be made by BACS to Account No 70395729 Sort code 08-90-35

International Payment GB67CPBK08903570395729 Bank ID Code - CPBK GB22 There will be an International bank charge at our discretion which will be added to invoices to cover bank charges.

Our payment terms are 30 days. Goods are sold on the basis that they remain the property of HABandFAB until invoice is paid in full. If customer goes into liquidation HABandFAB will enter into legal proceedings with the UK courts to receive full payment plus interest. Unless agreed, the customer is unable to return the goods.

Overdue Accounts

HABandFAB reserves the right to charge interest on any amount due to the company and not paid on the due date. The rate of such interest will be 2% calculated on a daily basis. In addition the buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection of any outstanding amount on a full indemnity basis.

Carriage and Delivery

Carriage is FREE on all orders over £10 (Ex-VAT). A £2.00 surcharge will be made to all orders under £10.00. Goods are sent via Parcelforce 48 hour or Royal Mail 2nd class depending on weight. Customers wishing to have their goods sent by Parcelforce 24 hour or Royal Mail 1st class will entail a surcharge. International and Channel Island carriage charges will be made at our discretion.

Value Added Tax

Prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the appropriate rate.

Prices

Any prices quoted on our website shall only be for the guidance of the customer and shall not constitute an offer to sell at those prices. Prices may rise in accordance with supplier price rises.

Return of Goods

We only accept returns when permission is granted. Customer will pay all return carriage costs. No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis. Goods which have been measured and cut are non-returnable.

Faulty/Damaged Items

Goods will only be replaced with prior permission from HABandFAB.

We cannot accept any liability for any subsequent loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused as a result of products supplied by us.

Out of Stock Items

When we are unable to complete your order we will dispatch out of stock goods as soon as stock becomes available and then call the order complete. The delivery note will inform customer of out of stock items. If we are unable to complete your order unavailable goods will be removed from the invoice.

Shortages

Shortages to be reported within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to call the order complete if shortages are not reported within this 7 day period and the invoice must be paid in full.
